We offer a one-time exchange under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

  • Size issues

  • Damaged or defective product (must be verified with a 360° unboxing video)

⚠️ Note: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.


📦 Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange is only applicable for the same product (no swaps with different items).

  • The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • For damaged or defective products, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to process your request.


💰 Exchange Charges

  • For a single t-shirt, a flat fee of ₹200 is applicable (Pan India).

  • For multiple items, shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and delivery location. We will inform you of the exact charges before processing the exchange.

  • Winter collection items may have different exchange charges (charges will be confirmed at the time of the request).
